Pricing
All 3PW Commerce engagements are quote-based and tailored to the client's portfolio, the marketplaces in scope and the operational complexity. We do not publish a fixed list price because the scope of work differs significantly between a single Amazon Seller account and a pan-European Vendor + Ads engagement.
How a quote is built
Setup fee (one-time)
Covers onboarding, account & catalog audit, integration setup. Typical range: € 5,000 – € 25,000 depending on perimeter and number of marketplaces.
Monthly retainer
Covers continuous operations: Vendor/Seller account management, content, retail media coordination, reporting. Typical range: € 3,000 – € 20,000/month.
Performance component (optional)
When applicable: percentage on incremental net revenue or on managed ad spend, agreed in the service contract.
Indicative scenarios
The examples below are indicative only and do not constitute an offer. A formal quote is issued only after a discovery call and a written assessment.
Scenario A — Single-marketplace Amazon Seller, mid-market apparel brand, Italy only
Setup approx. € 7,500 + Retainer approx. € 4,500/month.
Scenario B — Amazon Vendor pan-European (IT/DE/FR/ES/UK) + Amazon Ads management
Setup approx. € 18,000 + Retainer approx. € 14,000/month + 4% of managed ad spend.
